Drawing Rules & Regulations

1) Winners are responsible for all federal and state income and other taxes and any other fees or costs. 2) Ticket cost not tax deductible. 3) Prizes subject to Drawing Rules and Regulations available at the Parish. 4) Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase tickets and win prize. 5) Void where prohibited by law. Value of house is estimated at $525,000.00 and is based on December 2004 Market Value. Real Estatate Market Values are subject to change.

One name per entry. All sales are final. No payments will be refunded. Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish reserves the right to reject any entry form that is submitted with payment that does not constitute "good funds".
